Refund policy
At Flavoryx Naturals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Since our products are food and consumable items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of consumable food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.
However, returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Expired product received
Return Request Time
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Refund Process
Once your complaint is verified and approved:
- Replacement orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days
OR - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders returned due to incorrect customer address or unavailability
Important Note
Natural variations in color, texture, aroma, or taste may occur due to the nature of dehydrated and natural food products. These are not considered defects.
